BB&DG specializes in custom residential design and construction. Each home is built specifically for one client and then the plan is retired.

Our goal is to incorporate the highest quality and features at a cost lower than comparable construction in the Holden Beach area.

Multi-piece moldings, custom cabinetry, extensive and intricate use of hardwood flooring, granite countertops, vessel sinks and top-of-the-line appliances are a few of the features that make our homes unique. As unique as the people we design & build for!

			Grady Watkins — President Grady brings a broad range of experience to the firm. His construction career started at age 15 when he was hired to sweep out homes that were under construction. He still gets to sweep out the homes, but is also in charge of writing all the checks. A licensed contractor since 1989, Grady is also a licensed mortgage broke and licensed real estate broker. He is currently Regional Vice President of the North Carolina Association of Realtors. FirstBruns@atmc.net
			Keith Dickerson — Vice President A Brunswick County native, Keith brings with him 17 years of home construction experience – 12 of those years as a project manager and construction coordinator. With his extensive knowledge of CAD he is chiefly responsible for floorplan and exterior design. BrunsBuild@atmc.net
			Mike Scavonne — Project Manager Mike joined Federal Express in customer service division when the company was founded. That’s where he honed his communication skills!
